Great TV night altogether with the return of Stuart Lee's comedy vehicle - it'll never win a BAFTA!
Really interesting to see a distinctive take on the police drama with last night's 'Murder' on BBC2 (available on catch up I'm sure). So used am I to the dialogic formula of TV drama and police procedurals in particular, that I found Murder very intense and actually difficult to watch - not because of any gore, but because of the, literally, in your face format: more theatre than TV. But also great use of visuals. And yes, I'm really enjoying the more conventional but still brilliant Happy Valley too (and I don't even like police procedurals!)
